Job FunctionEffectively manage the existing team of driving consultantsManage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure aims and goals are being achievedEnsure effective candidate attraction and retention in the driving sectorIdentify and win new business opportunitiesMaintain and grow existing business relationshipsTake full responsibility for the P&L of the branchEnsure that strict compliance procedures are followedPerson SpecificationProven experience in recruitment with knowledge of the Driving sectorSales-oriented and results-drivenUp-to-date with current recruitment legislation and driving complianceAbility to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externallyMotivated and demonstrates leadership skillsQualificationsEducated to A-level standard
