In addition, the post-holderwill also support the administration team, providing administrative support asrequired, in line with the needs of the practice.
Main duties of the job Accurately read-coding data on EMIS into thepatient record.
Identifying relevant clinical information documented in patientcorrespondence, coding appropriately in patient records, completing anydetailed actions and forwarding documents on to other teams where required.
Supporting with any incoming queries and online forms from patients.
