This role offers the unique chance to work closely with the director on a wide range of challenging geo-environmental projects.
As part of a small team, you'll have the opportunity for significant influence and responsibility early on, being able to learn directly from seasoned experts and fast-track your development.
This role is particularly suited to individuals with ground investigation experience who are eager to expand their skills in report writing, interpretive analysis, and technical assessments.
As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in all technical phases of our projects while also enhancing your commercial and financial management skills.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting desk studies and site walkovers Performing ground investigations and land quality assessments Preparing interpretive reports and risk assessments Designing and validating remediation strategies Geo-Environmental Engineer Specification A 1st degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, geo-environmental engineering, or a related geoscience field Experience in the UK, specifically with phase 1 & 2 site investigations, including soil and rock sample logging and site monitoring Strong ability to deliver factual and interpretive reports For more information about this exciting opportunity, please contact Alex Parsons at Calibre Search Manchester.
