The Role
You'll lead an already high-performing home, fully self-funded, at full occupancy, and operating with a stable, engaged team and zero agency use.
This role is about continuation, keeping the exceptional standards, evolving culture, and driving sustained performance across quality, people and commercial outcomes.
You will be visible, empowering, and commercially aware, the kind of leader who can inspire confidence from day one, build trust with residents and families, and lead a passionate team who share your commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Maintain full regulatory compliance and outstanding quality outcomes.
Protect and evolve the culture of excellence and engagement already in place.
Drive continued commercial performance, occupancy and reputation within the private market.
Partner closely with the wider leadership team to embed best practice and innovation across the service.
Who You Are
An accomplished Home Manager with a proven track record in self-funded luxury or private-market care.
Commercially minded, quality-driven, and emotionally intelligent.
