*Role Overview*
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and qualified *Occupational Therapist* to join our team in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The role is based primarily in our children's home and school setting, with regular travel to a second location in *Boston* to support another home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with children in a holistic, multi-disciplinary environment, promoting participation in everyday activities and enhancing quality of life.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to the individual needs of children
* Deliver direct 1:1 and group occupational therapy sessions in both home and school settings
* Support children in developing functional life skills, sensory regulation, and independence
* Work collaboratively with education staff, care teams, and families to embed therapeutic strategies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports in line with clinical governance standards
* Travel between the Grantham and Boston settings to provide consistent support
* Participate in team meetings, reviews, and training sessions
*Essential Requirements*
* *BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy*
* *HCPC registration*
* Proven experience working with children, ideally in care or educational settings
* Strong knowledge of child development, sensory integration, and therapeutic approaches
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
* Full UK driving licence (due to regular travel between sites)
*Desirable*
* Experience working with children with autism, developmental trauma, or learning disabilities
* Sensory Integration (SI) training or experience
* Experience in multi-disciplinary settings
