We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Manager to oversee our school catering services in South Essex.
This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering high-quality food services to local schools.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring service quality and compliance with health and safety standards Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing across multiple school sites Collaborate with school leadership to align catering services with educational needs and goals Train and support kitchen teams, fostering a positive work environment Requirements: Proven experience in operations or catering management, ideally in school or contract catering Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Full UK driving license (role includes a car allowance for travel between sites) A chef background would be an advantage with this role but not essential This role offers the chance to work weekdays, allowing for a great work-life balance, and to join a company committed to providing nutritious, enjoyable meals to students.
