Probate Assistant/Paralegal Our client is a highly recognised law firm in Biggleswade, known for providing top-tier legal services.
It is seeking an experienced Probate Assistant/Paralegal to join its esteemed Private Client team.

The team comprises of two experienced Private Client, Wills & Probate solicitors who will be working closely with you.

The department specialises in: Drafting complex and simple wills Probate matters Tax planning and related advice Complex estates work Lasting powers of attorney Court of protection work Administration of estates and trusts for high-net-worth individuals As a Probate Assistant, you will: Ensure smooth and efficient team operations through general administration Prepare documents Support solicitors on fee earning activities Handle a small caseload of files What We're Looking For: Previous experience in probate matters A good understanding of private client cases Ideally previous fee earning experience (desired, not essential) Why Join Us?
