My client, a well respected Top 100 law firm are looking for a Residential Property Lawyer between 2-8 years PQE to join their Residential Property, Farms and Estates team in Oxford.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions.
The candidate will be expected to build credibility with clients and develop own client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales.
Your responsibilities will include: Take responsibility for managing aspects of projects that are delegated and meet deadlines Support juniors in the team by giving technical, business and general advice Ensure a good flow of communication to senior lawyers but also more junior members of the team Track progress against your own KPIs, meeting targets Support with budgetary management of client matters Grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries and contacts Build on personal and department profile and reputation by attending networking events, writing publications/ marketing materials and speaking at seminars About You The successful Residential Property Lawyer will;
